We realise acquisition and vendor due diligence for industrial, services companies or hedge funds.
The acquisition due diligence is realised in order to assess the forces and weaknesses of the target company and to facilitate the writing of the liability warranty term.
The vendor due diligence (VDD), thanks to a detailed report, enables to emphasise the key risks of the transaction preliminary to the sale. Thus during the sale a significant part of the issues on which the buyers are questioning will already be solved in the VDD report.
